Weight gain diet chart

 

 Diet -  

               In this post, we are sharing a natural ( without supplement diet)  diet plan with quantity and time management, which helps you for  perfect fitness and weight gain  in 6 months (at least 70 kg  )                                                           ( ONLY FOR BOYS )


   .  Instructions -

                                                                                                

                   .  made consistency  in dieting 

            .  when u feel over diet or feel like vomiting etc. stop the diet at least one day  and eat light food  ( porridge - of salt, kidney bean 


 
                 .  if you have some medical issues please consult your doctor
