. when u feel over diet or feel like vomiting etc. stop the diet at least one day and eat light food ( porridge - of salt, kidney bean

( pls decrease the diet quantity, the day you have not done a workout)

NOTE - when you are taking these diet chart pls exercise πͺfor 1 hr.
do not take this diet on Sunday and do fun and celebrate cheat day π
