BMI < 20 = malnutration ( low weight
BMI > 20 = overweight
BMR - 655 + (9.5 Х KG )+ (1.8 ХCM. ) - (4.7 Х age ) Х 1.5 calorie
MUST -
if your BMI ( 20 - 21 )and BMR ( 2000 cal.) is normal do not follow this diet chart and instructions because excessive weight loss is harmful
please avoid oily and spicy things like momos and pizza, if u feel vomiting during diet pls stop this at least one day and eat normal food and check your weight and BMI after 30 days,
pls wear sports laps during exercise
