In this post, we share basic tips for shoulder work out and exercises
MUSCLES NAME OF SHOULDER -
DELTOID, AND TRAPIZIUS ( neck muscle on backside )
BASIC TIPS-
shoulder muscles are basic muscles of your body if your shoulder is not built properly than show your arm like biceps muscles will show different
Before start a shoulder work out please stretch your body muscles mostly chest and shoulder muscles and take an energy drink and STAY HYDRATED
during work out patience is a must don't lift heavyweight and if you are thick please lift lightweight for muscles endurance and after one week increase your weight quantity
EXERCISES -
in this work out the weight for lifting is OPTIONAL but I suggest you that please start with a lightweight and all exercises contain at least (3 SET- 12 REP )
1. firstly stretch your body muscles and do cardio like running, push-ups, etc
2. SHOULDER PRESS
3. Shoulder overhead press
4. push press
5. LATERAL RAISE
6. FRONT RAISE
7. ARNOLD PRESS
